The iCandles 7-Day Trial Display Program gives qualified retailers an opportunity to introduce a selected iCandles product to their customers and observe customer interest, engagement, and purchase potential.
A Store Placement Consultation is required before the trial begins. Together, we'll determine the appropriate product and display placement for your store.
During the 7-day trial, store staff are asked to observe customer interaction with the featured product, record customer feedback, and track any pre-orders or purchase interest. A brief Trial Feedback Form will be completed at the conclusion of the program.
A $50 Refundable Holding Payment is required before iCandles merchandise is placed in your store. The payment helps protect the trial product while it is in the retailer's possession.
At the end of the 7-day trial, you may:
Continue With Your Retail Partnership — Ready to bring iCandles to your customers? Begin with our 7-day retail trial featuring one display candle and a $50 refundable security deposit. After your trial, you can join the iCandles Retail Partner Program for $100 per year and access eligible wholesale pricing.
Return the Trial Product — If you choose not to continue with a Retail Partnership, iCandles will coordinate the return of the trial product following the conclusion of the 7-day trial product following the conclusion of the 7-days trial. Local retailers may be eligible for pickup. Retailers requiring shipment will receive return instructions and are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed to in writing by iCandles.
Please retain the original shipping box and all protective packaging materials throughout the 7-day trial. If the product must be shipped back, it must be securely repackaged using the original packaging materials to help protect it during transit.
Once the trial product is returned and its condition is verified, your $50 holding payment will be refunded, provided the product is returned in its original condition, excluding reasonable handling associated with the approved in-store display.
Trial products that are lost, not returned, sold, used, burned, altered, or damaged beyond reasonable display handling may result in a partial or full deduction from the $50 holding payment.
Product availability may vary by season. If a selected product is not appropriate for the current season or your location, iCandles may recommend an alternative product for the trial.
